No-Bake Energy Bites

I can't take much credit for these, I found them here. But they are so yummy. I eat 2 each morning before working out. Its the easiest thing to eat at 5am.

Ingredients:
1 cup of dry oatmeal or rolled oats
1/3 cup of coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter (you can also use almond butter or nutella...whatever you want!)
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional I skip them....its sweet enough with the peanut butter)
1/4 cup raw honey
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
-Mix together all ingredients. Make sure everything is mixed well.
-Chill the mix for (at least 1 hour...the longer the better).
-Roll the mixture into balls w/ 1 inch diameter and enjoy!
