My hubby comes home tonight!
He's been in Utah since Sunday afternoon, visiting his family. I couldn't go because of work. Boo.
If I'm being honest, I didn't anticipate some of the effects of our separation. I was so lonely watching a movie by myself. I didn't know it was so much work to keep the apartment clean. I didn't realize how cold a bed can get when there is only one person sleeping in it. Also, your day seems pretty pointless when it only consists of work and then a lot of TV.
I am so glad that I don't have to spend another night alone and that he will soon be on a shuttle back to me. My gratitude for him and the many things he does for me is renewed. I am so useless and lame without him!
Side note: anyone remember this lovely from back in the day?
I'm slightly embarrassed to admit, I was a fan & owned this album.
