Hello.

Observe: still trying to wake up from a too-long Sunday nap

 hi. it seems like its been forever.

I miss the times when I was able to blog once (or twice, or thrice) a day. In all honesty...I don't think my life is as exciting now that school is out. I just go to work, go to the gym, and sleep as much as I can. Sometimes I even get to see my hubby. 

Speaking of Chris...his employment has changed drastically! He got a job as a guitar instructor (!) about a month ago. The studio is pretty full, so he hasn't had the opportunity to work yet, but that's normal- it takes time to acquire students. He also just got hired to work at an assisted living center here in Rexburg. He is getting all sorts of certifications and has meet the sweet residents- I am so excited for him!

I love working at Victoria's Secret. Yesterday, this mom and daughter came in to the beauty department- they were shopping for daughter's first makeup! I had so much fun helping her try out fun eye shadows and talking about mascara....all the while keeping in mind she had just turned 12. I remember being that age and wanting to wear makeup so bad! I'm glad my mom and dad set some ground rules so I didn't go too crazy.

Today at church, Chris and I were admiring this adorable little girl during sacrament meeting (dancing to the hymns). Chris leaned over to me and said, "I want one." I pretty much melted. I love hearing that, even if its fairly far off for us. I love how he can still give me butterflies.
