K.I.S.S.

When I start to try and make changes, it seems that my first instinct is to make a chart or some other form of progress tracking device to help me in my new endeavors. While I feel that there is a time and a place for charts and progress tracking, sometimes simplicity truly is the key to success. There doesn't need to be an app for every part of life; you don't have to micromanage every hour of every day.
Subtracting:
-  Excessive social media (mostly just Facebook)
-  Excessive Netflix use (its becoming quite a problem)
-  Excessive and Obsessive calorie counting, weighing, and measuring
What are things you're trying to subtract?
P.S. Do y'all like the new look? I'm still tweaking it...

  1. Not gonna lie, I am glad to see that 3rd item on your list of subtractions. I just adore you and think you are wonderful and beautiful! All of that calorie counting going on was making me sad inside.

    1. Thank you, Naomi, you always say the sweetest things! It's been hard for me to find that balance between being healthy and being obsessive. I want to be successful in achieving my goals and I'm not quite sure how to without being that way.
