Today, I just noticed that I am happy....for no apparent reason. I remember having a lesson (sometime, somewhere) that talked about gratitude. Some scientists did a study and found that people who wrote down 3 things they were grateful every day experienced exponential increases in happiness. Participant's overall happiness level doubled in a period of three months.
I know this is hard to measure...but I believe that it is true. I wish I had the credits on the study so ya'all could look it up....but I guess you'll just have to take my word for it. ;)
I gotta start doing this! My friend also suggested doing Grateful prayers- only saying things you are grateful for and not asking for anything.
