Review: Herbal Cleanse

For the last 10 days, Chris and I have been doing this herbal cleanse to prepare for the CTS360 program. I really liked it and would recommend it to anyone looking for something of this nature.

How much: Normally, its $50 a box, because we purchased it at a Complete Nutrition store with other products, we got a buy one get one free deal. Worth it!
What I liked: It did what I was expecting! I felt "cleaner," more energized, and more sensitive to what I was eating. I felt a big difference when I ate something healthy, and also felt the repercussions of unhealthy choices. For the first time, I wanted to eat healthier because I felt such a big difference. My favorite pizza wasn't even a temptation!
Also, it was a more realistic alternative to doing a juice cleanse or some wacky diet.
What I didn't like: I really don't have anything to complain about, but if I had to choose something...The taste of the pills wasn't super great and it took a couple days to get used to them. Basically, they taste like swallowing grass in pill form.

So yeah, no complaints...try it!

Nivea

This is a product review for the best chapstick ever.
via
Its smooth and it smells good and it will cure chapped/ashy lips faster than anything I've ever used.  You can get some at Walmart for less than $2. You're welcome.

Review: Red Tails

Last night, Chris and I went to see Red Tails. I know, its in dollar theaters now, we're a little behind. But, I really enjoyed it. I wanted to put a plug in for those of you who happen upon it at a Redbox or something. I would definitely see this movie again!

Review: Acne.org Products

For as long as I can remember, I've struggled keeping my skin clear. My skin is affected by stress, diet, and any other possible factors. I'd sometimes break out for no known reason. It was super frustrating- aren't teenagers only supposed to have blemishes? My mom's friend Amy told her about Acne.org and the products. She said she "hadn't had a single zit since she started using it consistently." My mom ordered it for my sister and it worked for her too. Once I saw how it had worked for her- I had to have it. I ordered mine and started using it right away. I am happy to report that I have seen a huge improvement in my skin; its less temperamental, the texture is better, it's less oily, and I also haven't had a breakout since I started using it. I am loving this product! It is also reasonably priced: I got the large (16 oz. bottle) kit which lasts 2-4 months and costs about $60- which is about $15 a month if you make it last the four full months.

Good Clean Fun

If you were a "Lost" fan, keep reading...
If you like dinosaurs, keep reading....
If you like a good TV series, keep reading...
So, Chris and I watch "Terra Nova" together and we really enjoy it. We were talking about it today, and we realized that this show has a lot of things that most TV series don't have today.
     -Its family oriented
-There is no swearing (that I can remember...there may be a farm swear or two)
     -There is no immorality
I'm a pretty big fan. There are a few graphic issues when it comes to the dinosaurs, but it is the first season so I have high hopes that they will get more money and it will get better.
Here is a quick overview of the plot: A family living in the future (2149) gets chosen in a raffle drawing to go through a portal to the past. They live in a colony on Pangaea established to give a fresh start to humanity.
I won't give anymore away for those of you who are interested; the show airs on Fox on Monday nights and all of the episodes are on Hulu as well. If you watch, let me know how you like it!

Genuis or Madness?

So...we bought these chips. And they really taste like a loaded baked potato. I love anything baked potato. The question is...should a chip taste like a potato? Honestly its kind of confusing. Have a try!
